DANIELLE HESSION

Danielle Hession is a Toronto-based artist, designer and stylist. Her work is comprised of found imagery, paper nostalgia, painting and collage which utilizes a unique image transfer process. This allows her to use original historical photography and documents that can still remain part of history. A combination of memory, place, discovery and longing in her work evokes a sense of time, but remains timeless. The viewer becomes part of a narrative that may be true, or simply a figment of Danielle’s imagination.
